The warm and friendly reception staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and their attentiveness only elevated our experience, especially when they swiftly returned my misplaced iPad during our travels. The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable, nestled near the serene West Lake, allowing us to explore the picturesque surroundings with ease; we took leisurely strolls to admire the beauty of the botanical garden and tea plantations nearby. Our room was clean and provided a comfortable night's rest with its quality bedding and air conditioning, ensuring we felt refreshed each day. The breakfast options were splendid, particularly as they catered to our tastes with a delightful Chinese selection. The Yurong Hotel not only offered exceptional hospitality at great value but also made our journey through this beautiful region truly memorable.
